Assoc. Dr. Kahraman Coşansu

Dr. Kahraman Coşansu serves at Türkiye Hospital. He was born in 1982 in Zonguldak. He graduated from Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 2006 with the first place. In the same year, he started his specialization in Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Cardiology. He became a Cardiology Specialist in 2010 and an Associate Professor of Cardiology in 2020. Kahraman Coşansu spent 6 years in the Cardiology Unit of Sakarya University, Education and Research Hospital Cardiology Unit. In our department; cardiovascular surgery, interventional cardiology, general cardiology and laboratory activities are conducted and diagnosis and treatment methods are applied. Interventional (angiography and stent) and non-invasive examinations (ECG, Exercise test, Echocardiography, Holter, ambulatory blood pressure control) are performed by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kahraman Coşansu. He is one of the interventional cardiologists with the highest number of cases in angiography and stenting procedures in the world by transulnar way. He is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology and the Istanbul Medical Chamber. Numerous published articles nationally and internationally.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kahraman Coşansu is fluent in English, is married and has two children.
